My sessions are a unique blend of mindful tantric✨touch, breathwork, and guided awareness, designed to help you relax deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural flow of energy and aliveness. I incorporate techniques from TantricAwareness meditation and fascia release to guide the body into a parasympathetic, deeply relaxed state. My work also includes intuitive touch, chakra balancing, Esalen-style massage, Thai bodywork, and Chi Nei Tsang, creating a holistic, restorative experience designed to support deep healing and embodied presence. Each session takes place in a warm, private healing space in the East Bay.
